AGA-Africa facilitated sessions in the three-day workshops on UP-Consumer Law Cluster Workshop that was held on 21st – 23rd September 2020.
AGA facilitators were Attorney General of New York Letitia James, Anthony Idigbe (SAN)-ESQ, and Noah Hamblen Popp, Assistant Attorney General, who discussed ‘Secured transactions for movable goods’. In the same event, Attorney General Maura Healy and Sara Cable, Chief, Data Privacy & Security Division, Massachusetts Attorney General’s Office spoke ‘Consume privacy’.

The event drew participation from legal specialists from Africa and the US discussing Debt Collections & Consumer Bankruptcy, Secured Transactions, and consumer privacy.
