Renewal of Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Judiciary of Kenya

AGA-Africa entered a new capacity building agreement with the Judiciary of Kenya after signing an MoU to extend the partnership for another 5 year. The signing took place during the Induction Training for Supreme Court Judges on 12th October 2021, at Serena Hotel, Mombasa Kenya.

AGA-Africa Board Member Markus Green Esq. and the Director of Kenya Judiciary Academy, (KJA), and Supreme Court Hon Justice, Dr. Smokin Wanjala signed on behalf of AGA-Africa and the Kenya Judiciary Academy, respectively.

The signing was witnessed by Kenya’s Chief Justice and President of the Supreme Court Hon. Lady Justice Martha Koome, AGA-Africa’s International Advisor, John Edozie, AGA-Africa’s Programme Director and Strategic Advisor, Chukukere Unamba-Oparah and Dr. Freda Githiru, Deputy Director, Kenya Judiciary Academy.
