AGA-Africa attended the State of the Judiciary and Administration of Justice 2018-2019 Report (SOJAR) launch on 23rd January, 2020 at the Supreme Court, in Nairobi, Kenya.
The report was officially released by Hon. Justice David K. Maraga, Chief Justice and President of the Supreme Court of Kenya in a ceremony that was attended by His Excellency the President Hon. Uhuru Kenyatta, at the Supreme Court of Kenya.
The report takes stock of the Judiciary’s milestones in the year 2018/19 and discusses the challenges in delivering on the institution’s constitutional and statutory mandate in the light of the new phase of Judiciary transformation as well as reporting on the performance of other justice sector actors that comprise the National Council on the Administration of Justice (NCAJ) in Kenya.
