The AGA-Africa Programme signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Irish Rule of Law International (IRLI) on 17th August, 2023. The Programme was represented by Gift Caroline Chikwakwa, Country Coordinator for Malawi with Susie Kiely, IRLI’s Country Director for Malawi, representing the Irish Rule of Law International.
The signing that took place at the Bingu International Conference Centre, Malawi, is part of efforts to establish a platform for the exchange of expertise, skills and technical support, whilst providing national, regional and international subject matter experts that can facilitate a continuous learning process, thereby enhancing access to justice.
