These terms and conditions constitute the agreement between you (“User”) and AGA-Africa Programme regarding the use of the AGA Mobile Application. By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to adhere to these terms. Please carefully read and understand them.
By downloading, installing, or using the AGA Mobile Application, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted these terms and conditions and agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
The AGA Mobile Application is a conferencing platform that allows users to register for events of their choice and access event-related details such as schedules, speakers, locations, and more.
AGA-Africa Programme grants the User a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the AGA Mobile Application for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to the terms and conditions herein and the respective app store’s terms of service.
Users are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the information provided during registration and for keeping their account credentials secure.
Users must use the App in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, and these terms and conditions.
Users are prohibited from sharing their account credentials with third parties or engaging in any activity that may compromise the security or integrity of the App.

All intellectual property rights related to the AGA Mobile Application, including but not limited to trademarks, copyrights, and patents, are owned by AGA-Africa Programme.
